First I haven't done anything to be caught for - unlike you sawing off shotgun barrels and carrying illegally. As for taggants - I read both sides - and decided it would do no good and only cost tax payers money to implement useless rules. Why - because I don't trust liberals ideas or infringements on my rights and laws that would increase my costs. Liberals are political lemmings - they just do what their dear leader tells them without questioning the value or cost of anything. They are as Rush says - limited information voters - and they prove that claim everyday - especially related to guns.
