In fact, it is known as GIGO - garbage in, .... out. >> I consulted to NEC Electronics, Roseville for four years and know first hand about the quality of their pcs and monitors. Their monitors are world class, best in the business. While their pcs may not be the best, they would be far better than any no name brands from your neighbourhood slums.
