Oh bummer! Kenneth 2 billion dollars to help a big oil company bring millions of barrels more carbon laden oil to market. This cannot help but added to "Global Warming". What could possibly be the reason for this insanity? Well other than bailing out sorry soros that is. All politicians must take care of their patrons. That's only reasonable. I guess we can offset the brazilian increase in oil production by buying even more wind mills from GE and cutting our own oil production even more.
