if dell closes above 62.666 it's above the 21 day ema.

one of the rules in TA is that you can set a window for a confirmation..

e.g. magee TA book says 3% violation for a trendline.

I follow a 2 day rule. for a 100% verfication that a moving avg/trendline is broken (upside or downside), i usually wait for 2 days confirmation..

as for dell, yesterday, it was below 21 day ema.. but today (if we close above 62.66), then that means it's above it again.. 21 day ema not broken..

one more note: 9 day did not do a crossover sell 21 day ema.
