"How do you know Libby didn't find out from Russert?" It's possible I guess (anything's possible)... or maybe the Tooth Fairy told him, or he read it in a Fortune Cookie. Me though... I'll bet with the odds. Restricted information is most often leaked from those who actually have access to it. :) (Like that memo which circulated on Air Force One prior to the public disclosure by Novak, that mentioned her job ... with a big "classified" notation to the left of the paragraph that contained the information.)
