<Check with the 15 people who bought and sold because I called them and told them I resigned because I caught the company misrepresenting things.>
Too bad you were not as perceptive with those running Maesa. No, you do not lie, you just do not disclose. You still have not responded to my post regarding Xecom. What about reverse splits in Maesa and Xecom. Come on, you know that it has been talked about with Xecom. I am going to agree with you that Mario may know more than I do on Maesa, but I think he knows more than you do as well.
Let's see, $1.37M for 30M outstanding. How much per share is that? This company has basically said to the ChiComs, "Hey, here are some video poker games. They are on us." Who's @#$!$*^ idea was it to go into China. Who's idea was it to go into the Phillipines and Rota. Talk about pure stupidity -- Gaming in the most corrupt area of the world. Hello?!?! ET phone home.
Let's see if you can honestly answer these questions: 1) How many machine did Maesa buy for these area? 2) How much money did Maesa pay for those machines? 3) How much did Maesa pay to have those machines there? 4) How much does Maesa expect to get for those machines? 5) Maesa doesn't really ever expect to see a dime for those machines, do they? 6) Isn't it true that Maesa basically has abandoned those machines, isn't it? 7) If not, how does Joe Lanza plan on getting them back to the US. 8) What is the planned reverse split for Maesa?
Joe, I have not yet called you a liar, but as far as pushing the line, remember, the truth is a defense. You never mentioned shorter or taking delivery for that purpose. NEVER. You covered that by saying I should take delivery just in case my brokerage firm went under. Yeah right, like Schwab was going to fold overnight.
For those of you who feel that this belongs on another thread, you are wrong. The same kind of actions that sunk Maesa will sink Xecom. |
