Hi Kerry: I've experienced a number of these situations over the years, and all were failures. But I have to qualify that by saying that these were VSE mining speculations (penny stocks). That is not to say that reverse splits are bad - you have to look at the story!

IMO if a company finds itself in a situation that it can't raise capital (attract investors) when it is trading at .05, what makes it a better investment at .35? Nothing really except it's a question of optics or perception. The company name changes making it difficult to associate it with the previous failure, but the fundamentals don't usually change. Yet it's likely that more new private investors (new blood money!) will be attracted to the new stock and the cycle will start all over again. Now if the company brought in completely new management, new money and new properties, it might be another story! But hey, that's what speculation is all about.

I'm trying to learn from my past mistakes. I just promised myself that I would accept my original error in judgement and carry on. No sense in flogging a dead horse. Anyway, that's my take on the situation . . .

Regards, Sapper
