Kenith - <Another advantage Intel enjoys is it sets the standard. AMD has to wait and see what Intel is up to before the next move. Intel can turn the corner and make whatever AMD have done into non-working piece of silicon.> The last sentence may be a little extreme, but the general premise that Intel is the standard setter for the X86 platform will get little argument from me.
