Temp work agency & IT consultants My thinking is some companies will lay off full time workers and fill the gap w/ temps. The big gain will be bringing in IT consultants to update legacy systems. Once installed/updated, they may need less full time employees especially if those 'cloud' functions are outsourced. Improve productivity. less human capital costs. I started a small position in OSK for their development in robotics. They have a division that is working on robotic garbage collection. Anything robots (like in fast food preparation) will replace human capital. Even in the warehouse distribution centers and fulfillment, I see more robots. No 401K and/or healthcare needed for robots. Start making your list of these companies and post. Must be tested. I have a robot vacuum cleaner, works great.
