Sector: Noam (with a gleam in his eye) stated at the annual Board Meeting on 12/12//97 that they had $120-130M cash. Used Volve's estimate of Q4 shrs basic of 28.63M (Volve had 25.813 in Q3 + 2.0M secondary = 27.813M). My estimate of diluted shrs is 30.745M (options outstanding at EOY96 were 1.950M).
