Per the 10-K they were moving at least a part of the Mexico operation to Pennsylvania. Of the four facilities (do a word search for "Monterrey"). I couldn't find how that facility compared in significance to the others. There seemed to be a late trade at $4.89 but I tend to think that was a short painting the tape. If indeed the shutdown is temporary, and if there is going to be some slack in the steel business like the market has been screaming about, that shouldn't be too big a deal.
