Did I forget to mention I went there too, the guy there didn't even know what a K7 was. You ought to know many (if not all) Fry's employees pull double or even triple duties. After being salesperson, they take turns directing traffics in the parking lot and directing customers to the nearest cash register. This tells you how much they know about PC. In many cases I was there, I had to configure their PC (being return by other customers) while I was waiting for my turn for the return/exhange. -KL
