Kerry's positions are honest, fair and strong. Let's talk issues. I know the right wing would love to just run phony personal attacks breaking into his ex-wife's doctor's office etc like Nixonites used to do, but let's stick with the issues. On the issues, Kerry clearly beats Bush on every singe one of them. The White House is furious they can't run against Howard DEan because look at this:

Weak on defense? A Silver Star war hero isn't weak.
Higher taxes? Only on the rich who Bush let off too easy
Gay marriage? Kerry has the same position as Cheney

So much for Bush's only three issues, all of which would have worked versus DEan.
