Rude: Have you looked at Jackson's Findings of fact? He spends a great deal of time on his interpretation of the history of the PC. I sped read it. And my first impression is that its spends alot of time on gossipy kind of things which don't seem to square and very little time on ultimate conclusions of fact. The entire report reads more like it was written by Dan Niles and less like Oliver Wendell Holmes. Take a look, let us know your opinion of the Judge's interpretation of history.
