Porter: Bravo! One of your best arguments so far. I am, as I've stated before on this thread, one of those Pro's who stick far out bids/offers on the openings, hoping to get a hit. I occasional do. If Market Integrity starts stepping in on openings it will get very messy and subjective. I would rather have a fair opening and stop this practise. The opening on NTL today made everyone on the options floor shaking their heads in confusion and anger. What will happen if we do have a serious gap opening, with lots of scooping, and no Market Makers to cushion the blow? Please carry on with your comments - many Pro's are with you. Dave
