I could have been more exact in wording, but I thought mentioning cost would be synonymous with reimbursement. My bad! (:>)

The issue with (DNDN) is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to eliminating jobs in the health industry.
Merely look at what (MRK) announced last week, following up with the more than 11,000 jobs they cut in 2010. Now they plan to cut another 13,000, only to turn around and hire more workers in 'other' growth markets.

So we have the largest cost for drugs in the world and an economy on the verge of collapse as more workers are being fired, only to have their job replaced in Middleburg, China. IBM, firing their US based engineers, only to have IBM offering to rehire them if they will move to Jonesville, India.

Please! Can anyone tell how this migration of jobs is going to work out for our future college graduates? Did anyone read the leakage of the secret data from Walmart yesterday? Their same store sales numbers have fallen off a cliff! We have allowed the food chain to be devoured from the top to the bottom rung----doesn't the food chain engorgement have to stop at the bottom rung? What was Merck's message, if not telling us that the food chain domiciled in the United States had been served as a final meal at Long John Silver's food emporium?
