RE: the software maker may eventually emerge as a marked company like the leading tobacco makers, dogged by state and civil lawsuits aimed at its coffers. I think that MSFT should be required to pay the medical and funeral expenses for all the users that were forced to use its products and suffered therefrom. While there have been no studies yet linking the use of Windows 98, Explorer, or Windows NT to cancer deaths or death by carpel tunnel syndrome, government sponsored research is now underway to establish the connection. The outcome of this research is assured. <LOL>
