Eric,

I am not defending the MIA of K7. I am just saying that most, if not all, Fry's personals/salespersons have no clue what they are doing. Fry's hires anyone willing to except lower pay. I still think their main duty is traffic control and security guard. Many people who shop there for PC knew exactly what they need. And at times, even trouble shoot for the techs and salespersons.
