Intel's CEO hasn't read what Alan Greenspan or warren Buffett or a report by Merril Lynch, who have all proven that the ESO's have not ever aligned employees interest with the shareholders interest.......

companies have long ago crossed the line of abusing the system, by repricing and reissuing ESOs, its like employees are playing tennis with the net down......
