Bill, Seems like your implying that shareholders are chomping at the bit to enter into some litigation against GRNO. I think that this line of conjecture may be a little premature. I'm saddened by the state of today's litigation mentality. In the end, folks will cut their nose off to spite their face regardless of the potential for future returns if they don't force the the company to spend its resources on legal fees. I, for one, am still awaiting news on where the company stands vis-a-vis the SEC. And until I hear the final verdict, I will withold my judgement. For that reason I feel that any discussion of the topic is basically a moot point and should be relegated to a time in the future when all of us have a better understanding of what this is about. Tough to get blood out of a turnip as we all know. Just my .02 worth. Regards, Ron
