By the way, I do not think that any one here has seen the original 1990 application, that would be quite helpful. Cheers Zeev I haven't seen it and yes it would be helpful. Maybe the closest one can get is the european patent which is the earliest published one. No guarantee of course that it is identical in the form of claims as the USPTO ones, plus there is different patent law in the details, which severely complicates things. Btw, I am a Rambus long, but not for the sdram royalties, purely for the rdram. Cheers Cor
