I like Alibaba for its cloud infrastructure and I wonder if it will be spun-off into a separate entity. This depends primarily on the threat of US delisting and how much they can get during an IPO. This is why I'm looking at Hong Kong & Singapore, but market sentiment needs to be higher for a possible IPO. I do not expect much to happen in the short-term except for companies with loads of cash acquiring competitors.
