Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. Announces New Report on Company
FRANKFORT, Ky., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Spatial Information Solutions Inc. (ISIS) (OTC Bulletin Board: ISSS - news), Frankfort, Ky., which capitalizes on an ever-increasing global demand for custom-made computer systems and technologies that acquire, store, analyze and display geographic and spatial information, today announced that Donner Corp. International, an investment banking firm headquartered in Santa Ana, Calif., has reiterated its Speculative Buy Recommendation on ISIS and issued a new report on the company.

Donner Corp. International is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers.

In its report, Donner said that, ``In the last 15 months ISIS has positioned itself for expansion within the IT sector. Compared against market multipliers ranging from 1.25x to 5x trailing revenue we believe ISIS is currently undervalued -- and substantially so, if they can execute against their business plan. Moreover, ISIS has articulated a vision of growth through mergers and acquisitions as well as internal expansion. The successful track record of its chairman, Gary Murray, in building companies through acquisitions can not be ignored when viewing the potential of ISIS. ''

An earlier reiteration of the Speculative Buy Recommendation was based in part by the backlog at ISIS' wholly owned subsidiary, PlanGraphics, Inc., which totaled $8.3 million at Sept. 30, 2000, the end of the company's fiscal year-an increase of 54 percent compared to Sept. 30, 1999, and 66 percent higher than the previous two quarters.

``The company has hundreds of satisfied customers, and as the global demand for its products and services continues to grow, is well-positioned to increase its client base,'' Donner said in the report. ``We feel the company's commitment to service, quality, and customer care, coupled with its strong sense of integrity, makes Integrated Spatial Information Systems Inc. a strong candidate for appreciation. PlanGraphics, Inc. recently received a coveted 'Outstanding' overall satisfaction performance rating by independent business information publisher Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., reflecting its quality, cost of products/services, technical support, timeliness and attitude of personnel.''

Donner also said in its report that it believes the company is undervalued in comparison to competitors Convergent Group Corp., MapInfo Corp. and Analytical Surveys, Inc., and offers investors strong upside potential because of the increased global demand for geographic information systems (GIS).
