Why are you hoping MSFT is fined???? It would seem IF what they are doing is really wrong you'd want them forced to stop it or recall it. If a drug company were putting product on the market illegally they'd be told to stop pronto!! But I guess that wouldn't get Clinton & the government any monies...the way they're doing it bypasses congress the same as the IRS audits and penalties do!
