You are right, but probably too late to take advantage of it. Consilium's shares almost doubled today to 3 5/16. They are still at a considerable discount to what AMAT reportedly is offering, but that is presumably a fair discount of the risk that the deal might not close. But who's to say how much of a discount is reasonable? Arbitrage is not my thing. Good luck with it.
