By special request: 10 STOCKS I TRY TO AVOID:

1. . . Vancouver based - "Penny scam capital of the world"
2. . . Denver based - Was "Penny scam capital" until SEC broke it up.
3. . . Las Vegas casino related - all bets are off
4. . . Nevada corporations - For 200 bucks anyone can start one, and sell stock. [Please don't though]
5. . . Oil and metals stocks - Established by greed. Rarely share wealth with stockholders. Expensive to keep drilling/mining, while waiting for a strike.
6. . . Small film or record companies. Often raise capital by selling shares. Highly competitive market - few hits. Better odds to buy lottery ticket.
7. . . Reverse mergers of dormant shell companies. Starting a new company from a failed one is like painting a beat up AMC Pacer.
8. . . Overseas assets or revenues which cannot be verified, short of hopping a jet.
9. . . Cautious on Dallas, Palm Springs or South Florida based [greed/scam factor] and all Canadian based OTC [scam history].
10. . .Large reverse split [1 for 5 or more] in corporate history. Seems addictive. Repeat after me: reverse then dilute then reverse then dilute.
