Phillip,

Oh, yea...advertisement in The Mac Zone catalog:

Buy an Olympus D-400Z digital camera and get an Iomega Clik! drive and an additional 8MB flash card FREE!

Is that right! Another digital camera offered in conjunction with a free Clik! drive......and an additional 8 Mb flash card?

I'm impressed......what a deal!

Looks like Iomega is using the same strategy to market the initial Clik! drives that was used to sell the original external Zip drives....i.e., users don't have to wait for a device with a Clik! built in. They can buy one now and reap the benefits of using one. Isn't Iomega brilliant for doing this.....leveraging on existing digital cameras and laptops to sell Clik! drives? Oh, yeah, isn't there already a Clikman out there?

Since Iomega already owns the removable storage market, has just brought out another really great innovative product (Clik!) for use by the masses that should sell in the millions and is turning themselves into a lean, mean low-cost producer, I'm sure glad I own Iomega stock right now!

By the way, my Afga ePhoto 1680 camera came with a little book of additional accessories I can purchase for my Agfa camera, including things like lenses (macro, telephoto), filters, AC adapters, tripods, etc. They even reference one place where to buy....here is the URL:

dcprodirect.com

I think I will order an available kit that includes most of the accessories for less than if purchased separately.

My coupon is in the mail to Agfa's rebate center for my free Clik! drive. It says to give them 6-8 weeks to get it to me.....can't wait!

Dave
