4 FOR 1 STOCK ......having read Ballard's Release and seeing revenues down (for what ever reason down is still down ) perhaps instead of buying a $40.00 stock it would be better to buy four different $10.00 sotcks ...to diversify alittle until things improve at Ballard and it's optimism is replaced with alittle more realism.....
