Sure is nice to see the movement over here. It was getting a little sleepy. Has the co. ever said anything about NYC plans? Seems I heard a long time ago they'd made some arrangements with one of the gas companies out here for rights of way. Can't imagine it's related though. Perhaps just a sizable buyer just came into a position? We'll just have to wait and see...
