RDM, <In fact, Intel could pre-announce that its third-quarter business is better than expected, said David Wu, an analyst at ABN Amro.> Now, pretty much every analyst has said this and I still have a problem believing it. PIII ASPs are in pretty bad and a quick check around shows that most of the volume is still under 500MHz speed grade. I see very stable (and up from last Q) Celeron pricing but I have a problem seeing much if any upsides to this quarter (the sorry state of affairs on the motherboard side does not help). Looking forward to seeing the actual results. Chuck
