Yeah! I think the Markman was priced in a long time ago. I find the lawsuits interesting for what they reveal about the corruption, arrogance and incompetance of our legal system. I think that Federal judges should have to make financial disclosures periodically to make it more difficult for them to sell what they have to offer. Perhaps the FBI or the GAO should audit them. The key for Rambus is to win in the market place. Sdram and DDR are on their way out as viable longterm memory technolgies anyway. These new processors are push 2 GHZ now and need high speed solutions.
