Sen. Edwards: I Will Not Seek Re-Election

I do not believe he could get re-elected. He lost his support in NC.

Edwards is set to formally announce his candidacy next week in Robbins, where he spent his high school years.

That won't make a big splash...maybe a little puddle.
Robbins isn't exactly an aircraft carrier.
It is a dinky town...real dinky, located in the pottery area of NC, S of the NC Zoo.

Population definitely under 1,000. Biggest businesses are a few small pottery shops and the drug rehab center located there.
