Mike,
I suggest that anyone who wishes to look at the 144 filings go to insidertrading.com
As far as I can discern, Bill filed his 144 filings in March. We all know that Bill C. sold 30,000 shares at $5, well below and AFTER the $10 high. His wife also sold some in in Dec-January, (I forget) at around $2. Again, well below the subsequent highs.
As far as I'm concerned, since Bill takes no salary at the moment, and given the substantial amount of shares that he and his family still hold, it seems/seemed miniscule at the time.
Anyway, there is probably a long list of names that could be added to any known persons who sold stock last spring. There were also many of us continuing to buy. That is the way it works.
Bo O'Brien, the man who apparently financed much of the reassembly of the processor last winter, is said to hold a SUBSTANTIAL position of RESTRICTED stock, purchased at open market price from GRNO. (See Reg D private placement discussion in Dec, 1996 10Q/K). I know how much he holds since he volunteered the information to me, but I don't feel comfortable stating it here.
Face it folks, unless the SEC knows something we don't (which would have likely been addressed already by them in court), we would not likely have made the level of progress we have made (physically speaking) were it not for Bo O'Brien and his investment in GRNO. The alternative would have been a horribly dilutive private placement at substantially discounted prices last fall. Or worse, a Reg S arrangement. (screw that!!)
The question is who profited from the movement of GRNO stock, and was this movement the result of an orchestrated Internet manipulation, with GRNO as the willing conspirator. You all know the truth about this. I don't know about any of you, but I never told anyone to buy OR sell GRNO. I just suggested that they do their own diligence and tell me if my analysis was incorrect.
Anyway, enough rambling..
Regards,
