Well that's thing. You should look at the amount involved. It's huge, and unless it's reduced it's not a problem handled by Hecla's cash flow. So eyes are on that this year, because the long drawn ought decision should be finalized 2011.

I haven't followed it closely, others know a lot more than I do.
