Bill, You happen to be the last post so this response is going to you... :0) Really it is addressed to NedPenguin and those who are looking at TITT and ERHC. If you want to see an example of how managment abuses the use of its stock, take a gander at ERHC latest 10Q from Aug, 97. sec.gov And the problem is, it's all legal because it has been fully disclosed. Note that the company has NO cash reflected in it statement and is using/abusing S-8 stock compensation to pay for services rendered. If I could short it, I would. 3,000,000 shares to approx 17,000,000 shares outstanding in just 6 months. Take a look at that one SEC. Regards, Ron
