here is the problem(s) as i see it. we now have 2.2 million shares outstanding. i am not too thrilled that i only have 1/5th as many shares as i used to. in any event, npa has like 0 cash in the bank AND it owes a drilling services company C$280,000. In addition to that little problem, the company has to raise at least (?) C$500,000 for any kind of drilling campaign for 1998. so we are likely to see massive dilution of stock in order to satisfy everybody. i assume we will pay off the drilling company in cheap stock since nobody is likely to pay up C$280,000 just to clear up old debts.
keep in mind also that the vse is investigating this company for every violation under the sun. so you have to ask yourself, does it make sense to bring this notorious company back to life, when there are so many clean shells out there.
