Chris, it is war without bullets. A war of ideas is on - and has been on here.

True.

What amuses, and also disgusts, me is when side A cries foul when side B does what side A has been doing all along. It's pure hyopcrisy, and that's probably the one thing that gets me in the gut.

It happens a lot, on both sides.

Both parties have been gerrymandering with a vengence for centuries. Why are the Dems suddenly so up in a snit because the Repubs are doing it? Shut up and take the medicine you've been doling out yourselves almost forever.

The Dems screamed bloody murder when the Repubs filched and exposed some of their internal political memoranda. Now they turn around and do the same and act all sanctimonius? Stifle, a$$holes. On both sides.

Repubs cried foul when Dems used recess appointments; now Dems are crying foul when Repubs use them. Dems cried foul when Repubs used the fillibuster to block judicial nominations, now Repubs cry foul when Dems use the fillibuster to block judicial nominationss.

It's long past time when these spoiled brats on both sides of the aisle grew up and started acting like adults. But, of course, they never will.

So threads like this will have plenty to talk about in perpetuity.
