Thought I saw they broke even on the last sale.
I don't mind them building up some cash for the time being and not issuing any new shares.
They did announce a buy back and have lessened their exposure to the top lessee.

We're envious of the snow you had. Snow guns did start blowing snow here last night.
Our local and state economy depends on it (I hate it (g))

Perhaps the reason for the interest premarket
