I can see what you mean. I don't think Tom McMahon had malicious intent, Rather, I think Tom meant to point out that the libs who run that city have made so many bad choices that sooner or later some of those decisions would result in unnecessary risk to the folks living there.

If he indeed meant it as you took it, I condemn that POV in the strongest terms.
