Jim Bishop and SSP,

I saw your post and bought some of this GMWR. In looking around I was able to find some decent information. See below:

Streamscape Networks Inc. is building an international Internet Protocol (IP) Network designed to carry Video, Data, and Voice products and services. We are currently rolling out our facilities-based Network and deploying our advanced services. The following is a list of significant milestones that have been achieved to-date:

Streamscape has secured a $21.5 million debt and equity financing from Lucent Technologies.

Streamscape has secured an international Carrier service agreement with AT&T which will give us ATM core backbone access in 100 countries.

We have deployed 70% of our International Super-POP infrastructure to-date. We have deployed in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver, Toronto, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Athens. New York, London and Mexico City will complete our Super-POP deployment by the end of Q1' 2001

Streamscape is one of the first Internet protocol license holders in Greece and is preparing a full-scale launch to compete in this de-regulating market. We have deployed a Super-POP in Athens and secondary POP's in Heraklion, and Thessonaliki.

Streamscape currently has voice licenses in Japan, Hong Kong, Greece, Canada and the United States. We have applications pending in Mexico, UK and other Pan European regions.

Streamscape Networks continues to build its management and board strength. Mr. Daniel Fung has joined Streamscape as a director, and as chairman and director of Streamscape Asia Ltd. Mr. Fung recently served as Solicitor General for Hong Kong from 1994-97. Mr. Fung is a visiting scholar at both Harvard and Yale Law Schools.
Also on our board is Mr. Philip Pearce, a former director and officer of E.F. Hutton, a former Chairman of the Board of Governors of the NASD and a former member of the Board of Governors of the NYSE.

Streamscape has incorporated Streamscape Japan LLC. And will be partnering with Global Access Ltd., itself a joint venture between Mareubeni Corporation and Global Crossing Inc. Equipment for this market will be shipped to Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya.

Jim
