Brokerage comments from Today's Jagnotes: WorldCo LLC: Longs: SIII Lehman: SIII reit outperform, reports strong qtr, target $26 Fahenstock: SIII reit strong buy, strong growth, strong marketshare, target $30 Paine Webber: SIII reit buy, qtr better than expected ------------ I have no idea why we are trading down today. The conference call was very upbeat and NOTHING negative was said. I believe most of the analysts listed above were there too. Noticably absent were comments from H&Q even though their guy was there also. Johnson addressed all the MMX concerns yesterday as well as AGP. Future outlook looked great, increasing market share, over $150 million in cash. Today's action is puzzling. Bob
