really WIERD backdating news. I was thinking about a month ago this backdating stuff would fade away (when the judge tossed an AAPL class action). then they convicted that brocade HR mgr and backdating was back. But now, this. This is just TOO WIERD, and I don't think the backdating zealots are going to be able to recover from this. I think this damage the backdating prosecutions maybe fatally.
