No deposit and 100% home loans

Struggling to save a deposit?
In the past renters have needed to save for both a deposit and stamp duty before they can purchase their own home. However, the stamp duty exemption for first home buyers introduced by some state governments has cut months, possibly years off that saving period.

Wizard has some products designed to help borrowers get into the market sooner than usual by providing up to 100% of the property purchase price. Combined with some of the government's first home buyer concessions, this means in some circumstances borrowers can buy their first home without having to save for a deposit in advance.

Our Smart Choice and Clear Value home loans offer 100% finance for owner occupied property purchases up to $500,000 (depending on property and location) with a great interest rate and flexible loan features.

The Rent Buster home loan is available for owner occupied purchases between $125,000 and $1,000,000 (depending on property and location) and features include direct salary crediting and fee-free redraw access.

*The Rent Buster home loan is not yet available in Tasmania.
