Lynn, you're advice is good for days like Friday. It's important to get away and regroup. Fishing sounds like good therapy to me. I haven't fished in years but I did skip out of work early (I'm on the west coast) to have a glass of wine and reflect on a nervous market. It was Friday afterall.

Unfortunately, I think we may see more of these market jitters for the rest of the year. Prices have run up very high and while we almost have the October-mania behind us any bad news can tip the scales again.

But I don't see a bear market anytime soon so it's business as usual and this dip just means a buying opportunity just like it was 10 years ago. For me its a time to switch industries as I believe the box makers have run up as high as they will go for now and Intel will have a few tough months ahead.

I hope you had luck with the trout.
