the thread, post bloodless handover, is simply a variation of an unmoderated thread of some valuable history, so that no moderation time is required, thus more time can be allocated to more fruitful uses, such as but not limited to engaging with the market place and taking that which must be due. my intention of moderation time allocation is precisely zero until further notice. the issue of condone never comes up, as it would not in any unmoderated thread. cheers, jay
