Armin: Regarding Mckibben's May purchase, I found this on my hard drive: "...(b) On November 28, 1995, Mr. McKibben acquired 12,500 shares of Class A Stock at a price of $3.16 per share and on May 8, 1996 he acquired 10,000 shares of Class A Stock at an average price of $9.125 per share, in each case in open market brokerage transactions, using funds loaned to Mr. McKibben by SHI...."
