I see the word 'tentatively'-------the Czars and socialist in charge and Mr. Obama will never allow that to happen. In the meantime this date is rather far out -----the problem is now. If he is a usurper he is doing critical damage to the USA. And even if he isn't an usurper he is doing critical damage to the USA and its future. It is a shame that Mr. Obama is hiding on this issue as he attempts to ramp through some of the most financial damaging legislation ever known in the USA and as he has since before he started his campaign. mj
