I saw that bit as well and couldn't believe someone like that doesn't know Compaq is not a box maker anymore. PC's now account for less than half of CPQ's revenues.

If Capellas was smart he'd realize that they should dump their PC's and focus on the high margin products. When Digital Equipment dropped their PC lines they went from a money loser to profit maker for 3 (or was it 4) straight quarters before Compaq took them over.
