Not hard and fast, of course, but in general it is, I think, a prudential rule to limit family size, in order to stabilize family finances and keep from running mom ragged. I have only one, would have had one or two more had it not been for too many miscarriages. If you have a better system than I can imagine to handle five or six, than by all means, have a lot.......
