I for one would be very interested in knowing more about a class action suit. Especially how it involves the transfer agent. My experience with Nevada Transfer is that they will do what ever is necessary to make a buck. They provide very little information especially if you ask questions concerning the transfer of shares that obviously should not have been transferred. When they have to return certs they lose the transfer fee plus the cost of returning the cert. I have faxed them letters and made phone calls all to of no avail. I think they are in a CYA situation. Oh well maybe by the end of the year it won't make much of a difference.
